Electro Fibres was established in the year 1993 to Manufacture Insulating Component in composites for Low / Medium and High Voltage applications for the Electrical Industry. Our product Range includes SMC/DMC/GRP Moulded components, SMC/FRP/Epoxy Laminates and fabricated components including various type of GRP Pultruded sections. Our strength is in providing customized insulation solution to our valued customers. The Company has grown considerably over the past two decades and has a well equipped shop floor of more than 30,000 Sq. Feet with over 30 Hydraulic Presses and supporting equipment's. Elecrtro Fibres is an ISO-9001 2008 certified company and our products are CE marked . We have well equipped Test Lab and the products are tested for various quality parameters to ensure consistent quality of the products. Our products are tested at CPRI , Bangalore for various mechanical and electrical properties as per IS Standard. We have a well trained work force of more than 80 people and supporting staff of 25 members. Quality Policy To attain leadership in our field of business by providing quality products incorporating industry standards, fusing diverse methods of effective process control and quality evaluation to match the critical requirements of the millennium, through continual improvement and reviewing the effectiveness of QMS, quality policy and the quality objective. cpri iso tic Quality Practices SMC Moulded Products Modified S3S electrical grade SMC Products with improved, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Flame retardant Properties, are manufactured as per IS 13410:1992 with a combination of Glass Fibre, Resins and other additives etc., by thermosetting process under high temperature & pressure, using a closed mould fabrication method to give components the desired shape, size and dimensions. DMC Moulded products Modified D3S electrical grade DMC Products with improved, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Flame retardant Properties, are manufactured as per IS 13411:1992 from Dough made out of a combination of Glass Fibre, Resins and other additives. The dough has excellent mouldability and therefore complex shapes and profiles can be moulded with ease. SRBGF Sheets Up1, UP2, EP1, EP2, & EP3 Grade SRBGF Sheets & Chequered plates are manufactured as per IS 10192:1982 under controlled temperature and pressure to give SRBGF Laminates / Chequered plates with excellent properties. Composites being a wonderful material by varying the proportions and combinations of Glass Fibre, Resins and other additives, the characteristic properties of the end products can be varied to obtain the optimum desired properties in the laminates and moulded components to match critical requirements of the millennium.
